Not sure if this belongs here or in bug reports; I'm still groping my way around, both here and in Skywind. I managed 2 out of 3 on the Vivec Informants Quest, thanks to the patch .esp that cures the Huleeya/Jobasha problem. Assuming that the order might matter, and knowing that these quests aren't as robust as the original, I did them in the order given: Adhirranir (sp.? too lazy to look it up), then Huleeya, then Mehra Milo.
After pumping her completely--I mean completely--dry & grabbing a copy of "Progress of Truth" I reported to Caius Cosades, who told me to go back and quiz her some more. After several more tries I surrendered & consoled my way past: 'fbmwMQ04 stage 50' if memory serves. I'm wondering if there's another fix, or if there's a certain way to go about this quest (and others coming up, all of which I know by heart in their old form). Seems to me they're bound to be fairly fragile at this stage.
Kinda nice to see Mehra without that depressing, dreary old Temple robe...

I remember quick testing this and being able to move to the next quest, I'll check again asap.
I had a quick look at 'Morrowind.esm'--still not set up to load 'Skywind.esm' into the CK--and found that the original quest gives you a journal entry (A1_10_MehraMilo, stage 40) which I didn't get. I don't know whether that's been implemented in this go-round or not, since it would be easy enough to bypass it. At least it would in the old CS.
If I still have a save from the Mehra Milo interview, I'll play around with console commands & try to find out if it's there.
[ Update: found the save I wanted. All three sub-quests are marked completed but of course 'Vivec Informants' is still active since I haven't tried (in vain) to report back to Caius yet. No sign of the original stage 40 with its reference to 'Amaya.' Advancing to stage 50 removes Huleeya's notes & completes the quest, but skips the promotion to Blades Journeyman. (*sob* *sniff*) ]
