Skyrim Creation kit not working

When i load up the creation kit it says, initializing archive, then it crashes, how can i fix this?

I had no problem loading with the full .esm, but I just had issues keeping my mod in tact (things disappearing, unable to place objects in some locations, etc.)

It sounds to me like you need a stripped skyrim master. I had the same problems when I first started working on the mods but a stripped master fixed them for me.

The stripped master doesn't allow you to load skywind, it allows you to edit it, other wise your edits won't be saved (well sometime it just crashed the creation kit but... eh)
