How the f to install?

Had morrbliv .54 installed long ago, which was far more complex to get installed properly.

I have oblivion all set up for morrobliv install. Trying to use wyrebash is a shitshow.

-So I have the 49 mb installer which will run and say "SUCCESS", but there is no success. 

- the 2gb complete, well I've tried manually to install...nope. Tried using wyre bash...nope.

So HOW does one actually install these 2 zip files properly? No "install read me" in either files for direction? Not sure how to use wyre bash. So, after multiple hours trying...can someone please give clear concise directions on how to install those 2 f'in files  ?
