Morroblivion itself running beautifully, only crashed once right at the beginning of the game but required no fix and hasn't been any trouble since. But now comes the time to level up. I've tried going to different towns, resting in different places, it'll bring up the level up screen and it allows me to pick my skills, but when I hit "exit" it immediately freezes.
I don't have any mods that affect leveling. I don't have any mods at all except the things included in Morroblivion and Oblivion GOTY. I haven't had trouble with crashes otherwise. :/ Thoughts?

do You use obse to start the game? If so what version do you use?
If you try to start the game without obse and than levelup(advlevel console command) it crash?
What is the exception code and the faulty module?
