I went in and upstairs, noticed that you cannot open the doors up there - though I saw (per console) that there is a guy, probably Bereditte Jastal. Wanted to get out of the hall and was not able to open the door to Solstheim; just got "open door" / "close door" messages without any reaction of the door actually.
