well i cant say about the eyes (its probably a glitch of the OMOD) but back wen i still had the OMOD version of this all the NPCs in morrowind were naked if thats wat ur running i suggest u delete it and download the .esp converter (much better) and the missing arms is an issue with the texturs try downloading the armor restored mod thats available on these forums.. i think if u do all this ur morroblivion expirience should be smooth :)

It is normal (i.e a known bug) for a few NPC's to have black eyes (its actually missing eyes ... you see into the brain socket :p ) ... however it is not normal for all or even most of the NPC's to have missing eyes. For example the Guard inside the Prison Ship in Seyda Neen is supposed to have missing eyes ... Jiub on the other hand is not supposed to have missing eyes. Missing Arms (and legs) is also normal. Though as darkx34 said ... the Armors Restored mod will fix it for the Armored guys. http://morroblivion.com/forums/morroblivion/mods/709 It is not normal for NPC's to be naked. If that happens with you then you most probably have the Morroblivion Object Replacer or the OMOD version of morroblivion.
