That happend to me too when trying to debug the "Morrowind Main Quest" mod by Oblivion44. In my case, I think that it's just because the Morrowind_ob.esm was so full of bugs that it just couldn't deal with anything new. I am working on resolving that issue. See my topic under "Morroblivion - Mods." As for your problem, in which mod are you trying to add a topic? Maybe that is your problem as well.

The Queen of the Ashlands had actually given me the solution quite a while ago, but I had forgotten this was here so did not update it. The issue is Windows 7, not Morroblivion. On a Windows 7 system you need to have a microphone plugged into the microphone port, otherwise CTD every time. Plug in a microphone, and, no more problems.

Downloaded and Setup Construction Set Extender Ran a (Test All Cells)on my Current Game with Morroblivion Setup in it..Crashed and Exported a 145.MB log File..Removed all My Game Setup another Installation. How i setup my game up is in __Const Set Extender Crashes New Game.txt__ I have Uploaded.. Question Is the Construction Set ment to crash on (Test All Cells) have managed Crash Construction Set Extender 13 times Any Ideas Why I Keep Crashing Construction Set Extender..

2 Pics of where i place a Horker Dead in Solsthein useing CSE, 001 picture is of Horker in CSE where it is sitting on Ground in picture facing right with water behind camera..

002 picture is where Horker is Placed in in Solstheim with Horker Facing Left around a 1 Foot of ground the in Game co-ordinates donot correspond with CSE,,the Back ground in CSE is the same Back ground in Game with water behind player,, What am i doing wrong 

Edit worked out 1 part of my problem by re_setting all dead Horkers on  ( Z ) to 0 i dont know why but the side of the Horker points to the North.

Why do things you Place in External World Space in CSE, not turn up Where they are Placed. a Silt stryder Placed on a Platform at Dagon Fell does not turn up where Placed
