I found it a little odd that merchants in Morroblivion use Oblivions infinite-gold-abusable system, rather than the traditional Morrowind style (where merchants aren't all infinitely rich), especially with so many mods that convert Oblivion's merchants to that style (which I use). I'd be willing to make a mod that changes them, but I haven't modded since Morrowind (years and years ago, at that), so I don't know where to start. Is there any way I can figure out/be told how to go about this?

I'm already running Living Economy, but it doesn't seem to effect Morroblivion merchants... So, I take it Enhanced Economy does? I can just switch to that one then.

Yes, it affects all merchants, including those from any mods. In fact, it's kind of a successor to Living Economy, better and with more features.
