I don't if this is necessary, but if you need a translation of the game for German, I would like to help. I previously translated some mods for Skyrim, for example the mod "Sjel Blad Castle". I actually have translated all the mods I use because I think it is annoying to if there is any content in the wrong language, but I didn't upload the most of them because mainly the modders don't response to translation requests. I live on Sri Lanka where I speak English in everyday, but actually, I'm from Germany. I usually translate 100-300 Strings per day and would like to join you if you want so.
