This is a mod for a home made from an abandoned dwemer ruin connected to a cave, connected to a plane of oblivion with a couple of mid-level artifacts as a reward for exploring/ surviving. You find a journal in the Balmora mages guild that hints at something north of pelegiad on the small peninsula. Looking for constructive criticism, or people can take it and do whatever they want with it. Uses oblivion, SI, and MW mesh/textures. First time uploading anything like this, so have patience with me if there are problems.
