Insect/Ashlander effects

Here is the insect wings texture, this was used for chitin weapons, but any time u want to add insect wings to something try this on for size.

Dont download texture to make a new DDS. simple UV to this texture, and the tech artist will simply set it to the common usage Dds of "insect wing" etc

Can happy/eloth/ashking please write down the name of the stored dds in skywind folder, its desintation, and all its shader versions (normal/spec/opacity/_M) etc
