Hi,
I'm a white Australian male singer who has a range similar to that of a Second Bass. I can reach a bottom F rather comfortably, and I can sort of pitch notes lower than that, however they turn into a growl.
My voice is better with songs that actually require tune, and as a result many pop songs I am unable to sing, but I should be able to sing the songs that the community composes.
I'd be happy to help in any way I can.
Bard tunes, if you want something like the greybeards chanting, If you want to have a vocal title screen like skyrim, even if you just want an npc humming to themselves as they walk down the road. I'd be happy to do any of that.
I'm not involved with any dialogue, but I would recommend recording a sample and uploading it to Soundcloud. Then link it back here. You may have to poke around and find an adequate thread -- volunteering doesn't normally lead to much around here. You'll be able to jump in by claiming something.
First, check out this thread for voice actors: http://tesrenewal.com/forums/voice-acting/new-voice-acting-hub. Then review the hub - there are various threads for each race, important NPCs, etc.
If you're really chomping at the bits, reach out to Smitehammer, who is over the voice acting department. I know that voice actors are in high need in the upcoming future, moreso than music (from my personal opinion based on observations).
