Now:
After convincing Tsrazami to go and see Eno Hlaalu , Eno will not acknowledge that I've reached an agreement with her no matter how much time passes. He is still telling me to go do the quest. It seems like a bug, and is blocking any progress in the Morag Tong questline. Any thoughts?
Strange, the quest fbmwMTAdvancement has a higher priority than fbmwMTDBContact and thus cancels out its conversation topics.
There are many quests in this condition, brainslasher ...
I'm aware, and there are good reasons for doing that but usually they're set up in a way that they don't conflict.
I have got the same problem - I will try to advance or apply the fix.
I have another problem: after killing Hrodis (DB, Pelagiad) and taking one of the Sanguine items, quest maker still points to her body and it is not possible to give the belt to Eno Hlaalu.

Edit: applying the fix allowed me to complete all MT quests given by Eno Hlaalu (so there may be some Sanguine items left).

When I last played it everything worked fine, so it could have been changed. This adds a condition to the higher ranking topic so that the other one should be able to be said.
There is a possibility that other quests are affected as well.
