(I didn't install Ash Creatures as Races by Valtallen. Yet the game is spawning Ash Race Creatures in the game.)
When i reach Red mountain, it still spawns the default ash creatures, but it sometimes spawns the race ones too.
Any Reason why?

Yes, it's normal. I suppose it's been done to add some variety. I quickly removed the NPCs from the levelled lists. This might only affect new spawn points, not those already in the game.
