I installed Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon, and the latest updates. I stalled Oblivion, Shivering Isles, and all the updates. I installed all the files in Oblivion and did the Morrowind/Oblivion installed, picked the correct files, and I received a successful notice. Question is: how do I start a game. I looked through Morrowind and Oblivion folders and cannot find a Morroblivion start button? Where is it, and how do I start the game

If I understand you correctly you are searching for a "Morroblivion.exe". There is no such File, you simply start Morroblivion by launching Oblivion. If you have checked the required files in your Mod Manager or in your Oblivion Launcher you only have to start a new game and you are playing Morroblivion.
