First Phase of Hlaalu Stronghold Not Finishing

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Stronghold_%28Hlaalu%29

I went to Duke Dren and got the construction contract, the quest log updated. I then went to Baren Alen and bought the deed from his little shop but didn't get a quest log update... however, the compass now pointed back to Dondos Driler so back I went. When I talk to Dondos about the stronghold, my only option available is to tell him I don't have the papers yet, even though they're in my inventory. I tried selling the deed back to Baren Alen and buying it again but it didn't change anything.

If you could just tell me the console command that would set this to the next stage I'd be most pleased.

I believe I see the probable cause of this. Currently you have to be Exactly the rank of Kinsman, not "Kinsman or Higher." This is presuming, of course, that you do have both items in your inventory when talking to Dondos. Until the next release, the Console command would be ~SetStage fbmwHHStronghold 50

Ah, yes, I was promoted to House Cousin right before I went back to Dondos Driler, thanks!
