Mystic Emporium in Cyrodiil not unlocking during store hours

Something about Morroblivion prevents Mystic Emporium in the Imperial Marketplace to open.

If you unlock the door using console commands, it will stay open for that day and the people inside are happy to do business. Come next day, it relocks and remains locked until you either break in or use a console comman.d

I've tested this with new characters and pre-morroblivion characters that I've had backed up since 2007. With the mod enabled, it prevents this door from opening for some reason.

It could be related with the frostcrag glitch I mentioned earlier, but that shouldn't be the case if I already completed all those quests with this character.

I don't think Morroblivion is causing that. I've had that problem too, without Morroblivion installed...
I think the Unofficial Oblivion Patch Supplementals fixes that, but I'm not sure.

I think you're right. Checking on UESP I found that it's related to the official mod. The repair is to unlock the door to the room Inside of the place and then mystic emporium will function as intended. It's an issue with ownership.
