Naked imperial guards book club?

I am unsure yet if I am the only one having this bug so I'll put it here in case I'm not. Every time I create a character and start in VVaardenfell (using the "as usual" option from thermadors chargen and transport mod, which could be related to the problem, although I doubt it.) I go through my usual routine of plundering Addamasartus of treasure and selling the moon sugar to that khajit in balmora who's name I never remember. But if I ever save in seyda neen right after exiting Addamasartus and then reload that save, The guards become a bit..... interesting. The need suddenly strikes every imperial guard in Seyda neen to wear their underwear while standing in the middle of the town reading. I assume this is a glitch with their AI. Am I the only one with this problem?
