So far everything has been working, except for one problem at the start in Seyda Neen. (No idea if this happens everywhere.)
When I pick up the lockpick, the tutorial part doesn't appear. But I've seen let's plays and it does there. Also, when I try to lockpick that first chest it says I have no lockpick. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks on forehand. : )
I've just noticed I can't open a locked door or anything. :c

Yeah, this one was sort of my fault. In v053, I fixed a bunch of things in the Census and Excise office, including getting rid of the last tutorial pop-up (on the lockpick). We decided to get rid of the tutorial popups, because honestly, most people playing this game know how to play Oblivion already anyway.
However, when I removed the popup script from this lockpick, it stopped functioning as a regular lockpick! I have no idea how to fix this unfortunately, besides just deleting the old lockpick and putting a proper one in its place.
