After conversion, Skywind scrolls are actually listed as book (to be fair, they do contain some text). Unless we can find a solution to equip them, fire them etc, we will have to make them scrolls.
If we don't find a way to automatically convert them to scroll, then it will have to be a manual task.

This adds all the scrolls objects.
They are not configured (except for name, weigth, price, description I put the text of the scrolls-books, to see if we keep that.)
Magical Effects needs dependancy on skyrim.esm
EquipType (either hand) needs dependancy on skyrim.esm
I didn't change anything regarding texture used or such (I suppose it is default)
Scroll-books are still present and used : usages need to be replaced and then scroll-books can be removed.
