I installed Morroblivion using the newest installer method, step by step. I used the Morrowind - Quick option to create my character.
Caius Cosades did a good job of explaining the initial stuff, and he gave me the first quest without a problem. However, his latest rumor was that he had been having disturbing dreams, and he used the phrase "sera" which I usually hear from native Dunmer. I got the feeling that this piece of dialogue belonged to someone else.
He also refused to tell me about the trainers.

Yeah Caius does have missing dialogue - I can confirm this bug as well.
The problem is that the main quest was one of the first ones made for Morroblivion, and some of the dialogue didn't make it in. If you catch any other missing dialogue, please report it, and thanks for the other bug reports.
