apparently the Mininsty of Truth rope texture is having this issue also
that probably means that the rope texture needs some tweeking
more rope texture issues
(southeast of (vivec, foreign quarter,)
all ships must have this issue
the ship in Hla Oad also has it...
Black textures like that are a known issue. On FAR more meshes than you have posted about. :)
They will hopefully be fixed soon.
