Caius Cosades no longer has "Orders" in his dialogue list

I traveled to the Urshilaku Camp, spoke with who I needed to, then returned to Caius Cosades and completed the quest. He told me that he had a dangerous mission for me and I had two options: "I'm willing, but cautious" and "I'm ready for anything." I selected "I'm willing, but cautious" and he told me to go get some more experience then come back to him. I have since completed the Fighters Guild quests and leveled up at least a couple of times, yet Caius still does not have "Orders" in his dialogue list. How can I fix the issue without starting a new character? If only I were "ready for anything" ;)
