I noticed while I was wandering around the St. Delyn Underworks. It appears that opening doors will cause torches next to the door to fall to the ground. The torches(Ihinipalit Shrine and the door leading from the area above the Underworks to the Waistworks) in question seem to have Don't Havoc Settle checked, so I'm not sure what is causing it at this time. If I have an epiphany, I'll try some things and update this with whatever I figure out.

Yeah, we're well aware of this issue. I know there is a mod on the Nexus that turns the torches that are on dungeon walls into torches that you can steal and equip. The torches don't drop or anything, but I have no idea which mod does it.
