Lack of anything other than water, land, and random npcs in skywind.

First of all I recognize that this is probably just an installation error that is entirely my fault, however I cannot figure out what it is. Everything seems to be working fine with skywind other than the fact that there is nothing in morrowind other than land, water, npcs, floating moss, and lanterns. I believe I've merged everything into the right places.
