Hi,
during my work on quests, I came across a script adding a scroll to the PCs inventory and when I couldn't find it in the scrolls tree, I realized the converted scrolls are actually Books.
Is that normal ? (sorry if that's already been discussed)

I never noticed that. But, if it is in your master it is in all the rest of them. Is there any way you could move them to the scrolls category? Or is there a way to make them function as scrolls even though they are in the book category? If the answer is no to both of these, then I guess you should just create new scroll objects and direct the script to these.
Morrowind scrolls added to the mysterious environment of the game since daedric writing is presented when you tried to read them.
Yeah, I don't know that we can convert them from books to scrolls.
seldalore is right that they indeed have some text in them, but I think we're gonna have to lose that if we want the scrolls to be consistent with Skyrim's ones (unless someone comes up with a technical solution for equiping them, firing them etc..).
At the moment, I wanted at least to point that out (maybe I'd missed something because I wasn't really around for the converter).
If we have no other choice, we'll have to do that manually. For now, I'll keep track of places where I come across scrolls while I work on quest, and I'll revisit that topic later...
Sounds good. We'll definitely need to remember this when someone starts work on magic.

I intend to make full use of the bug tracker when my first esps are merged. For now, I keep the known issues in my local docs because they wouldn't make any sense for someone with just the master ;)
Yeah, I'm sure that bug tracker will become very useful in the near future. In just a few short weeks, I'll bet we will have at least a partially playable Skywind master. :)
Which one of scrolls? If just a text then it is a book.
