Morroblivion

So, I wanted to fix this bug

So I created 134 scrolls, based on the scrolls converted as books.

Then I went to see http://www.creationkit.com/Scroll and I realized that for EquipType and for Magical Effects, I would have to use skyrim.esm.

So I just give you this. It can be merged.

It will be useful, later (after gecko is released for Skyrim). Or after it's merged in the master, if someone wants to find and replace the occurences of all scrolls-book with scrolls-scrolls, that work can start.
