First off I installed everything to a T how the guide said to install, and I am still getting yellow exclamation marks heavily.
This problem occurs mostly indoors, but I have seen a few outside.
Second problem is I have zero dialogue options for almost ALL of the NPCs in the game.
Something I believe may be related to the first issue is my morrowind folder is HEAVILY modded. I dont know if this can even possibly effect the Morroblivion mod, but i figured I'd put that out there.
And you have installed both Vvardenfell Imports and the Patches. As Imports are in the mirrors and Patches are in the flies section in the nexus, people(including me at the start) does not check mirrors and only downloads the patches.
I've got all of the VI files for sure, but Im not 100%sure on the load order. Im pretty new to Oblivion mods so for load order I grabbed Oblivion mod manager and edited it there. It looked like it was already in the correct order, but I wasn't sure.
kk, In OBMM make sure that Oblivion.esm loads first (aka top of the list). Then, the very next thing to load should be Morrowind_ob.esm
