Here is the original link: http://mtes.ru/reviews/2011/morroblivion-mif-ili-realnost.html

And a google translate (MSFT one didn't work for me): http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fmtes.ru%2Freviews%2F2011%2Fmorroblivion-mif-ili-realnost.html

Here is the reviewer's summary

Screens can continue to do forever, but let's summarize. Yes, that is Morrowind on the Oblivion engine, carried over to the moment almost all the quests (not counting bladmuna and Tribunal), all the objects, characters and monsters. (Previously I wrote that did not notice the monsters, but a little wandering found). Textures do not look as good as we would like somewhere to disappear in general subjects. The characters sometimes behave strangely, but it looks more alive than in Morrowind, even though all their charisma evaporates and the atmosphere as TES III. It's quite interesting, unusual, exciting, but not that. The more passes, the more I want to download Morrowind, set your favorite plug-ins, and pass it again. But fashion certainly deserves attention, at least for the effort invested in it.

Note that he reviewed this back in May, using no texture replacers and version 23 or 24.

A lot has changed since then of course :)
