I found this Half life 2 mod by SilverLan called garrysmodaftermath which basically takes oblivion, fallout 3 and half life into the best sourcemod ever. It isnt released but it looks like fallout 3 with swords and mudcrabs, but it is epic.

Yeah, looks more like Fallout than Oblivion, but the concept is quite interesting.
Both the short sword and souldrinker are from Dark messiah: Of might and magic. Interesting video.
