I'm doing the main quest line and Caius has sent me to find a cure for Corpus. I traveled to Sadrith Mora as it was nearest to my destination but when I head west the game crashes. So something in the area isn't working properly. I don't have any other information other than something in Zafirbel Bay is crashing the game. I'm going to keep trying and hope that whatever it is stops screwing with me.
As a temporary fix of sorts I went inside the Sadrith Mora Inn then waited 12 hours then took a more southern route to my destination and made it there without any problems.
Please read the Release thread. There is nothing 'inherently wrong' about any location in the game.
The crashes occur because of cell buffer overflow ... and can be remedied by either using the pcb mod ... or manually:
Whenever you reach a location where you would always crash after moving forward few more steps:
- open the console (~)
- typye in pcb
- Press enter and contiune.

Game time is around 11PM. I tried waiting 12 hours but upon finishing resting the game immeidately crashed.
