Seemingly, all NPC's know of my wrongdoings, even if my wrongdoings aren't really even supposed to be wrongdoings at all. I'm currently going through the Fighter's Guild. With the first one, killing the cave rats, the door the the elf's (always forget her name. Stupid Dunmer names) doors are marked as illegal. So, I can't lockpick them, even if being UBERSNEAKY. Why? Because the NPCs are God! They know! So, I had to use the console. I still have no idea as to why her front door was locked in the first place at 1 PM, when it should be very much unlocked.
Later, I have to kill the Orc in Balmora (nearing the end of Eydis' questline for the Fighter's Guild). Alas! The door is locked! Unlock using console, sneak in, slaugheranOrsimerbitch, walk out. Then... "HOLA! ME LLAMO POPO". WHHYYY? She attacked me first, those rude coppers!
So, I'm screwed. Basic ass-kicking is now against the law.
Another issue I have is with stealing. Stealing is easy, just grab the item. I knew that. For whatever reason however, grabbing (using the 'Z' key, ind you) is now a crime. Instead of picking up the dead chick's weapon and putting it where I want it, I grabbed an owned cup and I'm carted off to jail. DAMN YOU COPPERS. DAMN YOU!
So... what exactly do I do about this here little problem?

1-That woman is supposed to give you a key, you can search her dialogue.
2-I have no idea about this non-working sneaking, I don't use that.
3-Grabbing counts as stealing as a result of Oblivion Game Engine. Same thing will also happen in Cyrodiil. However if you find it unrealistic, there are some modes in TesNexus which will prevent that.
