Whenever i try to rebuild bash in wyre bash morrowind ob.esm messes up and i can't... this is the error. help please.

Wrye Bash error codes are wayyyyy outside the scope of this website and these bug support forums.
In any case I am not sure that you can blame that on Morrowind_ob.esm - that file should not be merged with the bashed patch anyway.
