Blah! Damn Virus. Nasty one too. I am still fixing my computer and Firewall is messed up. I hope it didnt steal any of my account information for Morroblivion or yahoo, etc. Didnt something like that happen once where users were spamming because they were infected with a trojan? I guess I need a newwer antivirus or a new computer. Luckily I should have a new computer soon. When I get my computer I will take better care of it. Anyone else had serious virus trouble before?

Had a rouge virus D:
One of my most memorable encounters with a virus was with one that sneaked underneath AVG (or avira I don't remember) and then smartly filtered my internet searches to prevent me from going to any security/antivirus websites etc. which could give me a clue about removing the virus (among other things it also disabled the task manager (Ctrl Alt Del) and the control panel). Had to reinstall the entire OS.
From then onwards I keep Avast on my machine and it hasn't failed me yet.
years ago, i was running norton (first mistake). acquired a virus over dial up, p2p over winMX. 2nd mistake. i ran a scan, and had norton delete the infected files, which happened to be most of norton. yup. norton proceded to delete itself. needless to say, a reinstall happened.
My computer kept turning off an on....I had to revert back to factory standard and now i have to reinstall morroblivion. Could someone pm the esm file so i dont have to install morrowind again?
Morrowind's a fairly short install... especially copared to oblivion. But I could help you out (check your PM).
