It seems like I cannot complete the "Moon Sugar Investigation" quest. I got Uncle Sweetshare's hat but when I speak to Severia Gratius about the quest she just tells "You are in charge now of the investigation". When I ask for duties she says "You're out of uniform" even though I am not. Any ideas what may be causing this? Thanks.

ironman12345,
Thanks for the information. Apparently I overlooked this piece of info even though I remember vaguely reading somewhere that Bloodmoon may not be complete. I did not know what information is new and what is old, given the large amount of information one needs to absorb in order to set up Morroblivion.
Gothryd,
I did what you said and it worked! Thank you very very very much!!! :) I appreciate it!
