Again relaying to you another problem experienced with Morroblivion.
This time, the character cannot buy the Hospitality Papers from Angaredhel in the Telvanni House, the option just does not appear after he is spoken to about the subject. Any thoughts or fixes on this? Thank You.

Here is a fix for this issue. Actually kind of complicated to fix, it was really only half complete as it was, but I've tested this and it works fine.
