Can someone please tell me if this mod works in Morroblivion?

I've tried it but it doesn't seem to work, or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Is there ANY other way to join all three houses? Console commands, cheats, anything. It's my first playthrough of Morrowind and I really wanna do all these quests.
AWESOME mod by the way! I'm 30 hours in and I love it!
