Can you use Oblivion mods to Morroblivion such as Unnecessary Violence II and Deadly Reflex 6? As well as others that don't add anything 'tangible' into Oblivion world?

I'm not sure about Unnecessary Violence, but Deadly Reflex should work, however due to the changed fov in DR6 some armors may look odd in first person view.
