Ok. here's the jist, i had a fully functioning interior and exterior cell base for vvardenfell and cyrodil and could travel between the two using the CNME v1.4 , i had no issues at all. then. i messed somthing up. so i did a complete uninstall from the "My Games" and "Program Files (x86)". when i reinstalled. i used all the same mods as before the game messed up. but the CNME boat will not appear in Anvil. ive tried everything in my mind. so i was hoping for some input. thanks to those who reply. :)
CNME Totally Incompatible
CNME was created a long time ago with a different version of the Master.
It is TOTALLY incompatible with the current project.
Use the World Transport mod to move between Cyrodiil and Vvardenfell.
Why are you installing CNME
Why are you installing CNME v1.4,?.
The complete install or the manual install of morrovlivion has the transport systems built in,and you can use a choice of I think 3 different ways to travel,and also get the option of where to start in cyrodil or vvardenfell.
