Vvardenfell Imports 2

Hi, I'm trying to install Morroblivion but I seem to have a hit a roadblock. I can't find part 2 of the Vvardenfell imports. Not before you tell me to, I've already downloading Thermador's big file, and I just can't, either I click download and nothing happens or the download interrupts itself halfway through, even if my Internet doesn't crash.

Point is, that's just not a option. Could someone please direct to somewhere where I can Vvardenfell Imports part 2? Thank you.
