I represent a Russian fan club of MorrOblivion. Due to the frequent bugs we would like to get a list of IDs of quests, items and NPC. Is that possible? Is there a ready-made?

I don't think such list exists, but you can get any ID from the CS if you need.
Also, if you've found a bug, it's a good idea to report it, so we can fix it in the future releases.

or open the ESM file in TES4edit - maybe you can export and ID list from that program; I don't really know....

What if someone can't use the Oblivion construction tool?
How would one go about getting ids?
