the ground meshes are brocken plz help

the meshes for the ground have brocken so i cant get to most of the towns and because of this i cant get to mournehold (no ebornhart if thats how u get there in this) so if any one has tips on how to fix this i would realy apricate it. 2 hours later... Thanks to Terranigma the problem has been fix if u have the same problem just pm me and ill tell u what to do now that i now how to do it.

Are you running morrowind.ob

Are you running morrowind.ob tribunal.ob bloodmoon.ob as your first loaded mods on mod manager. They need to be at the top I had a ground load problem then loaded them first and it was fixed

ive tried to load the mods first in mod manager but it still wont work! can someone please tell me in simple terms how to get it to work?
