New to Morroblivion | Morroblivion

Hey guys, I'm new to these forums, but I have heard quite a lot about the official Morroblivion mod. I was a huge fan of Oblivion and I love Skyrim. I recently bought Morrowind for the Xbox after hearing so many people say how great the game was. I've heard that the world is extremely well built, and I would love to explore the world of Morrowind (it also doesn't hurt that Morrowind is home to my favorite race). It's just that the mechanics of Morrowind really stop me from playing the game. I just can't stand the way combat is handled, along with fast travel, and a few other things. After I heard about this mod, my curiosity in Morrowind was peaked. I only have a few questions about the mod (and some of them may be stupid since I am not particularly skilled with computer gaming--I'm more of a console player). Does Morroblivion add quests to Oblivion from the Tribunal and Bloodmoon questlines? Secondly, are all or most of the original quest from Morrowind playable in the mod? Thirdly, does the mod offer a geniune Morrowind experience? Does the mod use the combat engine from Oblivion? Lastly, what all will I need in order to download this mod and get it running properly on my laptop? Any help is greatly appreciated and I'm sorry for the long post :p Thanks in advance everyone. :)

It doesn't have Tribunal

It doesn't have Tribunal quests yet except the first two. Bloodmoon main quest is done but not debugged yet so proceed with caution. It has nearly all morrowind quests except the Morag tong sanguine items quests (and afaik the Morag tong quests are a bit buggy so once again, proceed with caution). Yes, it is basically morrowind in Oblivion's engine so the fast travel, Map markers, graphics, AI (partly) and combat will be Oblivion's. Spears and halberds act as blunt weapons and crossbows and throwing weapons are removed (but with Skyrim dawn guard, morroskyrim will have crossbows :) ). In morrowind, there are items with "Cast on Use". Here in morroblivion, all clothing is constant effect when it's enchanted. Levitation, Mark, Recall and intervention spells are back like they were in Morroblivion. Other ones such as Sanctuary and Jump are not here in morroblivion.

Yes, but they are pretty buggy

Yes, it is pretty much complete and well-debugged. The sanguine items and the morag tong questline are done now.

Yes, that's what we've tried to do anyway.

I thought the sanguine items

I thought the sanguine items quests weren't done yet. And aren't the Morag tong quests buggy?

I did them all, and fixed all the morag tong quests. ****ton of work I might add, but the entire MT questline should be playable.

Some people have posted a bug report saying one of the quests crashes, but I can't duplicate that bug with my installation, so it will have to be debugged by someone else...
