BTW,you can use a line in the controls section of oblivion.ini to turn off/on joysticks.
I think that you might have
I think that you might have pressed the key that you have set to auto move in oblivion.?
If you had it on auto move when you saved a game then it would still auto move when you reload it.
There are auto run,auto move,and run keys.
The uto move key is a toggle to switch to auto move or normal key [or mouse] move.
