[MERGED] Missing Ten Pace Boots fix.

I have put the missing boots into the Ball Fell [Inner Shrine] chest.

I don't get it, why is enchantment the same?

They are the same in my opion,because they both give a constant speed increase.

The reason I used the Blinding Speed enchantment is because the Ten Pace boots are not in the converted morrowind_ob,nor is the tenpace enchantment.

So I gave the Boots of blinding speed a new ID and gave them a new name of Ten Pace Boots.

It does not effect the original boots of blinding speed.

Yeah, but Ten Pace Boots give you 20 pts, while Boots of Blinding Speed give 200...
Why not just create new enchantment?
