Having problems getting it all installed and such

I have Morrowind and Oblivion GOTY both installed/mounted and working.

I was able to download the unofficial patch just fine but when it comes to getting the Script Extender working, well it just wont work. Whenver i started it i got an error message that read that i needed to update to patch 1.20.416 or something like that, so i updated it, or at least tried to but whenver i would start the update it would say "Old File not found, however a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match" and then get an error saying the same thing and close. 

What can i do? 

Also now whenever i run the Script Extender i get a different error message saying : "Coulden't find OBSE DLL (C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\obse_1_2_416.dll) Please make sure you have installed OBSE correctly and are running it from your Oblivion Folder"

And the weird thing is, i am running it from my oblivion folder and i even tried reinstalling it but i get the same error message. 

What can i do???
