Nothing is there

Umm, just so you guys know, this problem was never solved even once. It was never adressed by anyone even once. Multiple people have suffered the problem, and multiple people have found their own fix. However, no widerange cure for this bug has been posted to date. This is still a legitimate problem that people suffer from, mainly caused when trying to import Morrowind mods into Oblivion.

To recap, the problem is this: The Guard in Anvil transports the player into the Prison Ship as usual. However, the ship interior is not there. The player is floating in an entirely empty cell. There are no other actors visible, and the player can never escape. Even using TCL yields no success, as the ship interior is simply gone, and the cell is entirely empty to begin with. The emptiness of the cell is what gives it the bluish tint.
Anyone know a fix?

I believe this has been
