Hi ! i'm an environment artist and i would like to now how are you organized.
Is everybody taking a piece of the world and you guys are putting it back all together or is there organized team ?
is there some kind of a lead artist to coordinate the effort ?
I'll be really glad to help cause i'm a huge morrowind fan and this could be a way to pay my tribute to this wonderfull game :)

So basically everything is up for grab ;) Any help, how small should it be, is greatly appreciated !
So basically regarding the world and the landmass were automatically converted, as were a number of stuff. If you download skywind you can already walk around vvanderfell with towns, building, montains etc... already there.
The current work being done is NPCs conversion, navmeshing, assets conversion, quests (me), and Eloth's beautification work.
Without being an expert and from what I've seen in your portfolio, it seems your skills could be used in assets conversion (convert and update the models / textures), creatures conversion and world improvement.
Anything that interests you, jump in. There's no bureaucracy. Maybe just mention what you're working on, to avoid multiple similar efforts...
