Grass problem

Submitted by battlebob on
Hi first off this is a killer mod and would love to help work on it in anyway I can (I’m willing to relearn the CS). Any ways I haven't figured out where i screwed this up but grass seems to be growing on any dirt road and in Seyda Neen there’s grass on the trails and in the middle of town and no where else also some of the regular clothing isn't showing up in the game so i had a lot of naked people playing in the grass in Sayda Neen (was funny looking). I figured it was the grass mod i had on morrowind or some other mod i had on there so I reinstalled morrowind and the expansions to clear our anything that messed up. I also deleted a bunch of the morro files then reconverted and wile there was fewer naked people now the grass still isn't going in the right places (just to clarify its growing properly other places its just weird looking on the dirt roads and annoying in town). I had to leave for work right after that so i never got to do some more test but any one know what could be causing this? I don't know how to take screen shot so i didn't get any. I'll add this in here as well the imperial armor isn't showing arms so when my guy puts it on he looks like rayman or something. it really stated happening when i installed the texture mods and their patches and the item converter (i tryed re extracting them as well) would appreciate any help

Its normal for a patch or two of grass to grow on the dirt roads ... you will even find it in some towns like Suran (where it outgrows out of the the stairs :p ) however I do not remember any grass in seyda neen. Did you use the object replacer or the OMOD or something? Because naked people are caused by the object replacer as well.

doesn't the object replacer run with the omod? the omod is the morroblivion converder right or am i getting that wrong? yes the naked people started after i downloaded the object replacer and the grass as well. the naked people isn't much of a problem any more after reinstalling morrowind most got their cloths back and a few only got their pants back. If thats normal then i wont go to far into it then unless it gets out of hand. Is their anything i can help with that uses the CS i only ever learned the morrowind cs but i don’t see the oblivion one being much harder to learn. the only thing i did with the morrowind cs was build a island and a village with a castle and a few doors and interiors if that helps i was just noticing that some caves were blocked off and thought i could try and help.

I had the same prob. It turned out that I changed the textures in morrowind at some point and the converter thought there should be dirt on that texture in town and on the road. I fixed it by moding Morrowind changing the dirt to cobblestone in town and on the road saved it and loaded it in the converter.
