I already tried reinstalling Skyrim and that did nothing. I have deleted all the files, (or atleast the ones I could find) that I was told by the installation guide for Skywind to put into Skyrim. This is frustrating to deal with, help will be apreciated.

missing texutures in some town buildings plants and chests

It has nothing to do with missing textures or meshes. There are a few meshes and textures from Oblivion that have the same filename as some skyrim ones, and so they get overwriten ingame. The solution is just to delete those few files from your directory.
It tells you where to find the textures that overwrite the elven armor in the install instructions (step 3), but I'm not quite sure yet where the meshes are. Try looking through your Skyrim meshes directory and finding those specific files and deleting them, and then go ingame and see if the problem is fixed. I believe the specific plants are nightshade, nirnroot and lavender. Plus those chests that can be found in Breezehome.
Some buildings apear white aswell, and everytime i walk up to a sprout of nirnroot my game crashes. This might take a while, but i had an idea of taking all my mods and skse out of the Skyrim and data folder and completely deleting the rest of the data skyrim, then reinstalling from steam. Its either that or some long weeding to do to wherever those overwritten files are.
now the buildings are back but I dont know what I did.
